Hi! I’m Yanina 😊 I’ve been practicing yoga for over 11 years and teaching for the past 8 years, guiding both private and group classes in person and online. My approach combines mindful movement, breath, mobility, and body awareness to create classes that feel supportive, energizing, and accessible for all levels. I specialize in Vinyasa Yoga, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, while also integrating elements of mobility, stretching, relaxation, and conscious movement into my sessions. I’m also passionate about dance and body expression, and I’ve worked as a dance and expressive movement teacher, exploring movement as a way to connect with the body, emotions, creativity, and freedom. My intention is to create a welcoming space where you can reconnect with your body, reduce stress, improve flexibility and strength, and simply enjoy moving with more presence and balance. Tips & Swaps
Please have a sturdy, stable chair without armrests or wheels so you can move comfortable and safely throughout the practice. If possible, position yourself a little farther from the camera so I can see you at least from the hips up. This allows me to offer posture corrections if needed.
