100 gr all purpose flour
30 gr rice flour
4 pcs shallots or 1/4 onions
2 cloves garlic minced
2 pcs Kaffir lime leaves
2 stalk spring onion
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp sugar
1 pcs egg
½ tsp chicken powder
5-7 tbsp cold water
Nautral oil for frying

Tips & Swaps

You'll need fresh or canned corn, all-purpose flour, rice, flavor, spring onion, garlic, egg, and basic spices. A deep pan or skillet works great!. Paper towels ready for draining. Simple pantry ingredients. Rice flour is optional, but good to have though.
