Please prepare ingredients before class. For Egusi Soup: ground egusi (melon seeds), beef or chicken, spinach or pumpkin leaves, palm oil, onions, pepper, crayfish (optional), seasoning cubes (Maggi), salt, and stock. For Semo: semolina flour and water.
Preparation
Wash and cut vegetables, season and boil the meat, and have your cooking utensils ready including pot, spoon, knife, bowl, and cooking pot for preparing both soup and semo smoothly.
