Hi, I'm Lauren! Passionate woman, dedicated to Music, Art and Well-Being. A recording singer song-writer and mural artist, I am a people person and love to assist others in reaching their highest potential creatively. Australian born I was brought up in the south of France and have been living in Peru for 17 years. I studied Youth Work & worked for 8 years as a Social Worker. I have been holding Women's Circles for many years and mixed Cacao Ceremonies more recently. I am also a Sound Therapist. Peru and it's people & traditions have helped me on my path to inner healing. This workshop is designed for parents and their children from the age of 6 to 12 who want to develop their drawing and painting skills. You can use acrylic or guache. You will need pencils and black markers to outline the drawings, plenty of thick paper or cardboard. You will need basic paints and a palette or large, flat plastic containers or plates to mix the colours on. You will also need rags, cups of water and at least three different sizes of brushes per person. A sponge could also come in handy to give texture. We may sometimes use other objects like forks, potatoes, toilet paper rolls and string. I look forward to painting together in a fun family environment!
