Preparation
If possible, measure all the ingredients before the class and separate them into individual bowls. If you have a kitchen scale, I highly recommend measuring the ingredients in grams for greater accuracy and more consistent results. Minutes before the class, preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). For this class, you will also need: Spatula, scoop, sieve, baking tray and silicone baking mat or parchment paper. If you have a stand mixer or hand mixer, you can use it during the class.
