Preparation
If possible, divide the dough recipe in half and mix the flour, sugar, salt, yeast, olive oil, and water. Knead it in a stand mixer for about 10 minutes(medium speed) then let it rest for about few hours until our class starts. Also, for this class, you will need, small bowl, brush, round tray, and an oven that can reach 200°C / 400°F.
