Preparation
If possible, divide the dough recipe into two equal batches. Prepare one batch before class by mixing the flour, sugar, salt, yeast, olive oil, and water. Knead the dough in a stand mixer for 10-12 min on low to medium speed, then let it rest for a few hours or overnight until our class begins. Save the second batch to prepare during class. During the lesson, I’ll teach you an alternative hand-kneading method and share tips for making great pizza at home. For this class, you will also need a small bowl, a pastry brush, a round baking tray, and an oven that can reach 200°C (400°F). Also, you can use 00 flour for pizza
