4 small Fish fillet (tilapia/mahi-mahi/snapper) or 10 un Large Shrimp
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 onion powder
1/2 smoked paprika
Salt to taste
1/4 lime juice or Vinegar
2 tbsp avocado or vegetable oil
For pico de gallo:
1 medium tomato
1/2 small white or red onion
1/2 small yellow bell pepper
1/2 small red bell pepper
1/3 jalapeno (optional)
1/4 cup cilantro
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
For Avocado lime cilantro sauce:
1 small avocado
1/4 cup cilantro
1/3 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 un grated garlic
3 tbsp plain greek yogurt
1/2 lime juice
2 cup Lettuce to serve
6 to 10un Tortilla Wrap (small to medium size)
50g / 1.76oz Grated Cheddar cheese (to serve)

Tips & Swaps

If you find the taco seasoning, you can use it and replace all the seasoning placed on the ingredients list. Also, if you like spicy food, bring your favorite spicy sauce to serve!
