Tips & Swaps
Please keep all ingredients ready before the session. Use good-quality matcha powder for the best colour and flavour. A small whisk or handheld milk frother is sufficient; no special equipment is required.
Preparation
1. Wash and blend 4–5 fresh strawberries with sugar to make a smooth strawberry purée. Refrigerate in a covered container. 2. Measure the matcha powder and keep it ready for use. 3. Keep milk, coconut milk, and strawberries refrigerated until the session. 4. Prepare enough ice cubes for all three drinks. 5. Keep three transparent glasses, a measuring cup, a fine-mesh sieve, a matcha whisk or milk frother, spoons, and a small bowl ready. 6.Heat water shortly before the session and let it cool to approximately 75–80°C.
