I have been teaching Yoga full-time in the online space since last 5+ years. I have a vast experience in getting many people started on their yoga journey, teaching in a way that suits an individual. I also guide practitioners deepen their practice with correct alignments and techniques. Classes are designed around ashtanga, hatha, vinyasa and yin yoga styles to customize the practice taking into consideration an individual's yoga journey. Pranayama and breathwork are integral part of my sessions. I bring authentic yoga approach into my classes. Looking forward to work with you!
