225 grams glutinous rice flour
100 grams granulated white sugar
5 tablespoons cornstarch or potato starch
(Peanut filling) 1 cup of roasted peanuts
(Peanut filling) 1/4 cup of peanut butter
(Peanut filling) 1 tablespoon granulated white sugar
(Peanut filling) 1/2 cup shredded desiccated coconut
(Chocolate truffle) 150 grams good quality milk chocolate
(Chocolate truffle) 15 grams butter
(Chocolate truffle) 60 ml cream
