Preparation

If possible, divide the dough recipe into two equal batches. Prepare one batch before class by mixing the flour, salt, yeast, olive oil, and water. Knead the dough in a stand mixer for 10-12 min on low to medium speed or knead by hand, then let it rest for a few hours or overnight until our class begins. Save the second batch to prepare during class. During the lesson, I’ll teach you an alternative hand-kneading method and share tips for making great pizza at home. For this class, you will also need a small bowl, a pastry brush, a round baking tray, and an oven that can reach 200°C (400°F). Also, you can use 00 flour for pizza.
