Egg 3 large eggs
Onion 1/2
Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
Mirin 2tbsp
Rice I cup

Tips & Swaps

Since you don't have mirin: Option1: 2 tbsp sake + 2tsp sugar Option2: 2tbsp dry white wine + 2tsp sugar No rice cooker? NO problem! You can easily cook rice in a pot

Preparation

1, Wash the rice in a bowl of cold water, swirl and drain. Repeat 3 times until the water runs mostly clear. 2, The drained rice and measured water into your pot. Let it soak for 20 to 30 minutes.
